We’re currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna/Evernorth insurance plans. Your in-network benefit will be determined by your specific insurance plan. You can also use your out of network benefits to get reimbursed for therapy, most plans can reimburse up to 60% of their therapy cost. For our out of pocket rates, please check the "Rates and Insurances" page.
First, please refer to your insurance website to determine your coverage for mental health service. If your insurance plan is with Aetna or Cigna, you can fill out our "Check Eligibility" form so we can tell you the exact cost. If your insurance is neither of these two, you can ask your insurance company about "out of network coverage for therapy", and refer to our "Rates and Insurances" for our rates. We will provide super-bills to help you get reimbursed.
Depending on the reasons you are seeking out therapy, what you can expect to get out of therapy differs. Generally, our clients are seeking clarity around a certain issue, want to break the cycle of bad habits, or need advice and counsel about a current life situation. We see individuals and couples aging young adults and older. We are inclusive on providing services to ALL people regardless of their racial, ethnic, religious or cultural background.
We offer individual and couple therapy via HIPAA compliant virtual/video platform. Currently we’re only offering therapy services virtually.
