GROUPS NOW FORMING IN FOLSOM!  To inquire about dates and times contact Sally by phone or e-mail.  Groups are for a maximum of eight participants, are held bi-weekly for two hours each, and cost $55 for each session.  

LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP GROUP.  This group is for men and women, singles or couples, who are no longer looking to a spouse or partner for their happiness but have decided to contact their own source for love and approval.  We will expose the myth that we need others to change and become what we need and will work on accepting others and changing ourselves instead.  Using the principles of Eckert Tolle and Byron Katie, we will dis-identify with the pain-body and realize love is not something we earn.

LIFE LEGACY GROUP.  This group is for people age 50 or better who are attempting to understand their life's journey and want to create a meaningful legacy for their children and family.  As a written or recorded document, this 'ethical will' as it is sometimes called, will describe the values, experiences, history, or benchmarks of one's life journey, and may include the highs, lows, and regrets.  It is a very flexible individualized process, and satisfying for the one composing as well as the ones receiving such a gift.

COACHING GROUP--PASSIONATELY MAKING MEANING.  This group is for adults who are seeking more meaning in their lives, who decide to matter to themselves and to support their cherished ideals even in the face of negativity from others. Recognizing the existential reality that life's meaning is the meaning we give it, we will embrace the idea of authenticity and work on truth-telling, contacting the heart as well as the mind, and beginning to act in ways that satisfy this deep need.
